My mission is to help you find and get rid of the foods and eating habits that are doing you harm and are causing your health issues; and replace them by healthy eating and lifestyle habits that you can easily integrate into your daily routine.

With small steps, aiming for a long term result…for the rest of your life! I will also accompany you in finding your ideal exercise programme, even refer you to a specialist if your body needs it. And I help you manage your stress levels with breathing exercises. A holistic approach that provides you with a unique and personal lifestyle schedule.

Everyone is unique so don’t expect a standard programme.
I always adapt to your needs and possibilities based on an initial in-depth interview, your food journal and the progress you make.
Together we look at how you can fit in the new eating habits in your daily life with work, family, sports, social events, etc. You will get lots of practical tips and tricks and of course helpful easy recipes and cooking ideas.

Can healthy food be yummy?

Yes it can!
On your journey to a healthier lifestyle you will discover lots of new tastes, foods, recipes, herbs and spices which you can share and enjoy with your family and friends. Eating healthy should be tasty ánd fun!

Healthy eating should not become a struggle or an obligation. Give yourself a “sin” every now and then, feel what it does to your body and recover afterwards. Get to know yourself, take care of your body and be kind to yourself.

Caroline is very well informed about the latest health and nutrition insights; looks up things for you if necessary, and gives you practical no-nonsense advice. I do not find it difficult to follow her advice on nutrition and lifestyle and I saw results after two weeks. I feel better and have a lot more energy!
