And I help you manage your stress levels with breathing exercises. A holistic approach that provides you with a unique and personal lifestyle schedule.

I’m not your traditional dietician whose mission is to help you count calories.
Neither will I give you a ready-made weekly meal plan; instead I focus on the insights and passing on knowledge. I have lots of recipes and tips and tricks to add flavor to food, but the ultimate goal is that you can do it too. The idea is that for the rest of your life you will know which ingredients are good for you, what your body and mind need and how to handle them very consciously
