My number one tool is nutrition but I will also accompany you in finding your ideal exercise programme, even refer you to a specialist if your body needs it and I help you manage your stress levels with breathing exercises. A holistic approach that provides you with a unique and personal lifestyle schedule.

I can help you in English, Dutch, French and Spanish.

How do I work?

I listen to your story and try to get an idea of the foods and lifestyle habits that cause your complaints and what nutrients and changes your body needs in order to heal.
During the session, we’ll create a personalised hands-on plan with new eating and lifestyle habits; one that fits into your daily life.
I might also ask you to make a food journal.
Ooh…and don’t worry, you won’t be hungry and I won’t ask you to chew on a dry leaf of lettuce.
The idea is to nourish your body with nutrient dense whole foods instead of just filling it. You’ll see that healthy food can be so yummy and fun!

You will rapidly notice the effect of the changes…you’ll feel lighter and more energetic, have better sleep, healthier skin and hair, you’ll probably lose weight, etc.
